2. Our Services

We provide local SEO, website design, and AI search visibility services. While we apply industry best practices and our proven methodologies, search engines and AI platforms constantly update their algorithms. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or AI recommendations.

Our objective is to position your business to be found and recommended based on quality signals, structured data, and local relevance.

3. Client Obligations

To deliver our services effectively, we require your cooperation. You agree to:

• Provide prompt access to necessary platforms (e.g., Google Business Profile, website CMS, Google Analytics) when requested.
• Supply accurate business information, images, and approvals in a timely manner.
• Ensure that any content or imagery you provide to us does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Delays in providing access or materials may result in delays to the delivery of our services.

4. Payment Terms

Our services are typically provided on a monthly retainer or fixed-fee project basis.

• Monthly Retainers: Invoices are issued monthly in advance. Payment must be received before the commencement of each month's work.
• Website Projects: A setup fee or deposit is required before work begins, as detailed in your specific proposal or package.
• Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend services and withhold deliverables if payments are not made within the agreed terms.

5. Term and Termination

Unless a specific initial term is agreed upon (such as the 12-month initial term for our Launch and Grow website packages), our monthly SEO services operate on a rolling monthly basis.

You may cancel rolling monthly services by providing 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate our services immediately if you breach these terms and conditions.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. All these intellectual property rights are reserved.

Upon full payment for a bespoke website build, the intellectual property rights for the design and content created specifically for you are transferred to you. For websites built on our managed platform (Launch and Grow packages), the underlying platform code and proprietary systems remain our intellectual property, but your domain, content, and customer data are always yours.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website.

We will not be liable to you in respect of any business losses, including loss of or damage to profits, income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, commercial opportunities, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
